Our latest update for the T3 Gadget Awards has just gone live, officially opening the first round of voting for this massively popular industry event, evidently known in some circles as the “the Oscars of the gadget world”. The final awards ceremony will be at Old Billingsgate, Thursday 3 October.
We first created the site and application several years ago to enable readers to take the lead in voting for their favourite gadgets. We’ve refreshed and updated it every year since, and it just keeps on getting more and more popular.
This year, Samsung and Sony lead the nominations with 13 each in total, followed by Apple with 11, all competing with each other in the Gadget of the Year, Smartphone of the Year, T3 Design Award, Tablet of the Year and Tech Brand of the Year categories.
