Loft Group includes Loft Group Limited and Loft Digital Limited.

For the purpose of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (the “Regulations”), the data controller is Loft Digital Limited.
Our registration number with the Information Commissioner’s Office is 6273936, registered under Penrose House, 67 Hightown Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 9BE.
We refer to Loft Digital Limited as “Loft”, “us”, “we” or “our”.

We use HubSpot and MailChimp as our marketing platforms. Upon joining our mailing lists, you will be asked to acknowledge that your information will be transferred to HubSpot and/or MailChimp for processing. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other members of the Loft Group.

Retargeting
Retargeting is a way for Loft to connect with people who previously interacted with our Site.
When you visit our Site and accept the privacy policy, Google will use cookies and/or device identifiers to gather the necessary information about you in order to add you to our retargeting audience. If you later visit other websites within the Google Display Network once Google has this information, you might then be shown Loft ads as a result of visiting our Site.
